Only eat meat , veggies and cheese. No potatoes, bread or sugar. Boiled eggs and lunch meat for anytime snack. If you only eat 40 carbs a day, you will lose 20 to 30 lbs in 40 days. Walk 30 mins a day to start. Meat,eggs, cheese and pork rinds you can as much as you want. I have good recipes if you want.
