Get rid of processed foods. Check out Primal Edge Health, MeatRX, and More Than Muscle. These have good nutrition guides. Sol Brah & Raw Egg Nationalist Cookbook is decent as well

Buy from local farms and ranchers for what you can. Drink raw milk (getrawmilk.com) it’s healthier for you than pasteurized milk.

Find a fit friend (doesn’t even have to be a close friend) to workout with for at least a month while you develop the habit. Weights and cardio are important.
