People marching in states of undress used to be illegal according to decency laws and is not a legitimate form of free speech, in that it could, and does, subject innocent persons, children, to things they should not be exposed to. Their brains are not fully developed in order to understand what is going on. Words are words, and speech is an idea put into vocal or print format. Visualizations of an obscene nature are not speech regardless of what the supreme court says. It's a twist of a definition based on a lie.
If one is not allowed to add to the conversation, and only stick to the views or statements allowed, then there is no debate, and ideas cannot flourish in censorship. Be they good or bad. The only way to defeat a bad idea is with a good one. You cannot control the human mind, but you can try to convince it to change its ideas. A person that is afraid of free speech, in it's TRUE, and unrestricted form, is afraid of being proven wrong because they have no original counter thought or are not fully convinced in even their own arguement.
