Unconstitutional according to whom? To Lincoln? The judge made the ruling. When was the last time you saw a president throw a judge in jail. Boy, you're a faggot. WE WANT A RIGHT-WING DICTATOR. Holy shit. You have not been to any rallies. Millions of us said we want Trump for life. And that's exactly what we meant, boy.

Unconstitutional according to the constitution. This isnt hard to comprehend. Just because a judge makes a ruling does not mean the ruling was right, or constitutional.

And he was never arrested. It was a back and forth about the legality of the issue of the warrant, and whether the Presidents had a right to suspend habeas corpus, or congress. While his ruling would, or might have been seen to give aid and comfort to the enemy, therefore unconstitutional according to Lincolns perspective on war time powers. Spend a little time reading that which you proclaim to know
