I am ashamed to say that I was a coward, after January 6th I was afraid of losing my job even though I had said or done nothing illegal because of the Biden Admin and deleted my account.

I was afraid, I need my earned health insurance in order to live (I am diabetic) and abandoned the sub even though I was an early member when the donald was first created on Reddit. I am in academia. I apologize for my cowardice. Being canceled might result in my death but I am standing with you now. I am on the front lines of the education war and I hope to share my perspective.

After the election I had and still have the same thoughts. I have made peace with the fact that someday I will get canceled.

But I am at a point that I don't care anymore.
