I've considered this before too but you know the issue is it would exclude way more people than you think if you calculated net rebates and things. Tldr - basically if you don't make over 75k you don't pay taxes.
Should be tied to property if you're going to go down that route - but realistically the only suffrage change that matters is one based on IQ and everyone knows it.
Thats true actually, land would probably be better. Thats how it used to work in the UK before universal suffrage was passed, so all in all about 1/6th of men could vote and that was it
