Almost all white collar work can be done from home, as almost all of it is done on computers anyways. If you don't like the industry you're in, then change industries. I work at a Fortune 500 scientific company and he is right, to an extent. All of us scientists who actually have to work in the lab get subjected to an insane rulebook of COVID restrictions (including not being able to leave the state, or else you have to take 14 days unpaid quarantine when you return). The managers who all work from home aren't subjected to any of this fucking crap, but lecture us all the time about how "we have to keep each other healthy."
