They do that already of course, the HR people (or busybodies snitching to them) have gotten people fired over social-media shitposting. No joke, not just a "news item" this actually happened locally (someone was fired over an innocuous social media post made off the clock on private user-pages, for no real reason beside the HR pyrsyn wanting to virtue-signal/abuse power.) Yet another upside to working from home, the HR people are not there to help- they are trying to get rid of people.

Oh, I know it happens. I'm surprised that people post anything online under their real names (my real name isn't War Hamster). The only thing I ever posted on FB before I deleted my account was diving videos, and I don't even have an HR department to worry about.

HR people are the Uber-Karens. It's one thing to go through public posts, but when they start digging into your private communications.....that's where this is going.
