I was asked by a woman from a dating app just a few days ago if I was "straight". I was a bit taken aback and replied "oh, I'm completely straight". I hadn't heard of the "Super Straight" designation yet.

(The reason she asked that question is she had lived in Seattle for a year and she came across a lot of crazies. She's old-fashioned and its a way to get people to volunteer information that's extremely important to know).
