This is true, and this is what the battle needs to be about. In our history the government has never been as totalitarian as it is today. It's downright silly to have democratic elections, when so much is controlled by politicians and government backed oligarchs that manipulates the social debate and brainwashes the masses using propaganda, manipulating social media and fraudulent search engines. I am just getting sick of dooming. Yes, elections are rigged. We still need to vote. No need to make it easy for them. We also need to engage in a real way at the local level. This is a generational war, not a quick battle.

The problem is that, if you think only going to vote every four year will change anything, then you are fooled into being a passive slave by your rulers, the political class. Our freedoms can't be given to us by our politicians, our freedom is never something that was given to us by our rulers. Our freedoms are our birthright, and it is time we make them understand this, by every day challenging all political involvements in our daily life, using the laws and calling out their tyrannical use of their powers.
Agreed. I just get so tired of hearing "Voting doesn't work anymore". With no suggestions or ideas of what CAN be done. I feel like there's an element on the site that is posing as pedes but are really glowies and leftists working to demoralize us and make us feel like all we can do is sit around and complain but ultimately give in. Even if voting doesn't work, we still need to do it. They may steal our elections but I plan on making them work for it. And yes, we need to purge the establishment from office and get real people in, starting local and gradually working up. Not trying to attack fellow pedes, just so tired of the demoralization.

And the more they have to cheat the more apparent it becomes for everyone that they are doing it, and the more illegal their rule become. Yes, these times are hard on most of us. There's just been a lot of "voting doesn't work" posts and I suspect a coordinated effort to get us to give up bothering with voting. Yes, elections are beyond suspect. Yes, they plan on rigging DC so it will be one party rule forever. Even if it doesn't work we still need to do it. Not bothering to go vote just makes it easier for them.
