We can actually to this with a lot of our issues. Just made a post doing the same with gun laws.
Here's what I put:
Firearm restrictions and NFA fees disproportionately affect People of Color. POC are more likely to live in areas where self-protection is necessary, but the large amount resources required to not only purchase but also receive a concealed carry permit are directly prohibitive to minority communities.
In order to purchase and carry a firearm, you will need to set up an appointment at your local probate court, purchase and fill out a background check (which is often expensive), ID, birth certificate, proof of residency, have no drug convictions, and have no other disqualifying convictions (such as carrying a concealed weapon without a license). This does not take into account that low-income communities are the demographic with the least amount of access to DMVs and often don't have the disposable income to safely store birth certificates. This is the bare minimum requirements in very permissive states. Each state has their own set of requirements and many artificially hike the difficulty which prevents low-income disadvantaged individuals from being accepted. And in many states, the government can arbitrarily deny their request without any reason.
No wonder so many are driven to seek alternative methods of acquiring self-defense! However, this is constantly used against the African-American community. Law enforcement acts as if possession of an illegal firearm is evidence of criminal or violent activity. Young Black men are assumed to be "gang-bangers" or "drug-dealers" simply for possessing a means of self-defense.
This brings me to another very important point. How are Black individuals supposed to rely on police for protection when they are just as, if not more likely, to suffer physical harm in scenarios involving law enforcement? If police view minorities as inherently antagonistic, they will never be able to properly protect Black victims. POC must take their safety into their own hands because we cannot trust those with authority to do it for us.
With the exteme rise in white supremacy, why are officials making it even harder for minorities to secure our own safety? White officials who make these laws cannot understand the unique challenges faced by minority communities, so why are they allowed to restrict access to potentially life-saving accessories? Removing these oppressive laws and allowing ALL Americans to carry their self-defense statewide without restrictions is the only way for minorities to truly safe during such dangerous times.
You must not follow many Democrats on social media. The moment you disagree with them on literally anything is when the death wishes and threats usually come out.
I can't. I quit Facebook (because fuck Facebook) and last week I made a Twitter account. I used it to post gibberish just to see what would happen, and 15 minutes into it I received a notification that they needed my cell phone number to make sure everyone would be "safe."
Why is that surprising? These people are mentally ill.
LGBT was regarded as a mental illness up until the militant LGBT political wing laid siege to the American Psychological Association AGM.
Here's a recent paper paraphrased:
Compared to heterosexual men, gay men were:
2.18 times more likely to have 2 or more chronic medical diseases
1.79 times more likely to report a mental illness
2.95 times more likely to report co-occurring psychological conditions
Bisexual men were:
3.53 times more likely to have a mental illness
2.84 times more likely to report co-occurring psychological conditions
Compared to heterosexual women, bisexual women were:
4.2 times more likely to report past-year drug use
1.94 times more likely to report a mental illness
3.25 times more likely to report co-occurring psychological conditions.
(Han, B.H., Duncan, D.T., Arcila-Mesa, M. et al. Co-occurring mental illness, drug use, and medical multimorbidity among lesbian, gay, and bisexual middle-aged and older adults in the United States: a nationally representative study. This whole thing is GLORIOUS. I love it when boomerangs happen.
Hear hear! 👏👏👏

I can't get over how QUICKLY they started talking about killing us.
I mean, nearly half of them end up killing themselves, it’s not a big stretch for them to want to kill someone else
"Martyrdom: 100"
It’s called mental illness
Gloves are off, they hit below the belt...
"Always have".
Time to hit them in their axe wounds.
“Axe wounds” 😂
My pelvis recoiled reading this

It'll be a libtard who starts WWIII.
