Cut the fast food out. No soy. No fries. That shit is loaded with soy and some estrogen. Take at least two pills of testosterone each day followed by 3 pills of 1000 ICU of vitamin D3 before sleep, followed by great exercise and lifting heavy in a complete lifestyle change. People will not be able to handle your energy or charisma.
