This latest bill just shows how the Supreme Court failed the country by not hearing what was done during the last election. Because the Supreme Court refused to get involved, Pelosi is pushing the envelope even further than she did during the last election.
I'd be willing to bet at least SD signed on to the 20-state warning letter sent to her about HR1. There are at least 20 states who are basically telling the federal government to go fuck themselves.

This Texan wish Texas would get on board, but Gov. Abbott is a little timid. We also need open carry.
This. He's getting tougher on our border and has lifted the coof mandates. Now he needs to go strong on the 2A. Constitutional carry and make us a 2A sanctuary. The Biden regime will be passing some draconian anti-gun legislation soon and red states need to get out in front of it.
Stuff like this is why I say the real battles will be on the local end. It may not seem like much, but this is really, really good news. And if we keep pushing it will get better and better.
And you know something? It feels like we're just barely getting started. The next few years will be interesting.
There's a few other things brewing:
Various states are finally dropping lockdowns and mandates and letting people go back to life. Big Box stores are insisting on acting like we're all going to die, so local businesses will get more attention as these states properly open.
Arizona is getting a massive reality check right now. No, no elections are getting reversed, and they were never going to be, but they've been given all the motivation they need to clean themselves up. They will likely be as clean as Florida by 2024. People there need to keep up the pressure. Since the evidence was clearly destroyed on purpose, there is clearly something to hide. Make sure it never happens again.
Convention of States for term limits in congress is still ongoing.
I read an interesting book last summer, when things were getting really bad with riots and lockdowns. The guy pretty much took the conclusions of The Fourth Turning and used them to predict what would happen in 2020. I didn't really agree with the book at the time, but in hindsight, the guy called something amazing. He suspected Joe Biden would "win" as the deep state made one last massive push to hold onto power, but that there would be a subsequent upheaval and revolt against the "expert" class, as he called them. And maybe even a Trump return.

I think we often forget that sometimes you have to hit absolute rock bottom, to the point that the only place you can go is up. The next few years will be hard. I have no doubts whatsoever. But I think we need them.

Lawsuits will immediately escalate all related issues to SCOTUS, who will do... what??? As SCOTUS has demonstrated repeatedly, they'll comply with the communists. The fun starts when the states refuse to comply with unconstitutional SCOTUS rulings.
They'll probably just ignore whatever divine proclamations come down from the Supreme Court. I suspect we'll see more and more states do the same as time goes on .

And here I am living in a state that voted a democrat governor into office to get rid of the RINO's that make Pelosi look conservative. We will never have our freedom back or protection from the demonrats until at least 2022 when we can, hopefully, vote them out.
