And perhaps they can challenge Nancy Pelosi trying to take control of the States in Federal elections.

This latest bill just shows how the Supreme Court failed the country by not hearing what was done during the last election. Because the Supreme Court refused to get involved, Pelosi is pushing the envelope even further than she did during the last election.
