Hang out at your nearest shops and find excuses just to linger. Find ways to say hello to random people. I have started saying hello to people I meet in public toilets. Trust me, its not creepy at all. When I am drying my hands, thats the perfect time to say hello. Seeing a lot of people start talking in the toilets. Its like its a public space but private enough to start up a conversation. Try it. Smile and be nice to other people. I am autistic, ups only ;)
