My guess is Trump tried to work with these people, not realizing just how traitorous they were. Kind of like Obama's Iran deal, but this was a deal with RINOs. See, the problem with Iran and other such things is that the concept of mutualy assured destruction doesn't work. These are people who flew planes into buildings remember. RINOs and leftists think the same way. If they can't have total control they burn it to the ground. Trump didn't recognize this. In fact I'm not even sure if he sees it fully now either.

Not a war-time president, which is what we needed. Loved the America-First orientation, but he had zero judgment about who to surround himself with. Some he fired without hesitation, but others he kept inexplicably. For example, I've never heard a single cogent explanation as to why Christopher Wray was left in charge of the FBI throughout Trump's presidency, though it was obvious the entire bureau was a huge corrupt Democrat protection/cover-up racket.

Next time somebody like Bannon or Stone needs to be the Chief of Staff.
