No at this point most are Gen X. Boomers are mostly retired. We've outnumbered them for decades and absolutely could have out voted them if Boomers are practically the last generation that bothers to vote.
You do know the ages of most of the representatives, senators, CEO's, and other high ranking positions of authority, right? I see 60+ alot. Not sure what you call a gen xer and a boomer at this point. Average age of Congress 57, average age of senators 61.8, average age of CEO's 54.1. Are 50+ people gen xs? I mean my dad was a true boomer and he is 61, so maybe I see your point that way....
I'm not really trying to start a dick measuring contest with the different generations, each have their strengths/weaknesses (except maybe Millennials, as an older Millennial we kind of just hovered through life in perpetual daycare.)
I'm was just pointing out Boomers were the workforce and the parents during the decades Gen X enjoyed so much and I think they deserve some credit for that. A lot of problems started while GenX were the parents and the workforce.
Gen x isn't in charge yet and we're too young to raise millennials. Also by nature of the size of the boomers and millennials their influence is outsized at every age.

Ya, GenX is roughly 40-55 now.
