You’re missing the point, the whole point of the meme is to take the position that “super straight” is a sexuality that isn’t attracted to trans people, to distinguish it from straight people who could be attracted to trans people, thus allowing “super straights” or “supergays” to make the same arguments about being “born this way”, “my body my choice” etc. that transgender and gay people use to silence dissent.

Yes, certainly this idea of "super straight" could be used in such a way. The broader phenomenon seen here is that of rapid change in standards, ideas, and arguments that seems to have gone into "warp speed", as it were, with the ubiquity of social media. Everything, from hard facts to abstract concepts, now seems infintely malleable to the point of meaninglessness.
