So long story short, We had ourselves a not-so-friendly person show up and attempt to push their way into my home after they realized I wasn't falling for their scheme. Law enforcement was called and nothing happened, of course. So instead of not knowing who possibly just tried to cause harm to my family, I was able to get a vehicle description and a license plate number and I would like to confirm they match and analyze the data and see if this was a random occurrence, victim of circumstance, or if this person is affiliated with others known for this and would like to double check the owners criminal record to see if they have committed this sort of crime before. I know this isn't the place typically, but my family is moving and have a feeling we're being watched and I'd rather do this the non-violent way and prepare, prep and keep my family safe, instead of another attempted burglary.

This is the part where you shoot.

I had two other people in the house who had come out armed, after I was able to shut the door. I have two doors on my house for each entry, luckily. The POS had the balls to then stake out my vehicles, hastily walking back to his. He tried opening the screen door and sticking his foot into it and I was faster at latching the upper lock so we couldn't open it any further than his foot. (flimsy aluminum door). I also keep a louisville Slugger behind every entryway, including inside the home.

I wouldn't have let him walk away. What if he does it again and hurts or kills some old lady that can't defend herself.

I mean I'm not going to go running outside my home chasing someone, my state has definitely frowned that action, especially if it does instigate to violent altercation. To answer questionable thought about an old Lady: Well that's why I'm trying to hopefully find someone who already pays for the service to get the registered owners information for the license plate so we can find out more on the perpetrator at hand. I take care of an elderly person and already have to deal with that firsthand. If my elderly parent would have answered the door, I probably would be answering questions to detectives instead of fellow Patriots who advocate for home safety.

Shoot first and shoot to kill. Corpses can't sue or testify.

Resolving to not use violence has put your family in more danger yhan you know.

I agree that its definitely put more danger for my family, but my family can't do without me if I'm in jail waiting for 12 dumb people, probably liberals, to decide if I had the right to fire in my home entryway. That's why I'm doing the do diligence to attempt to gather my own information to see who this individual was and find out why my family was targeted.

Depending on the state, most of it is public record. A quick search in a protected browser should find something.

Have you been overly vocal or piss someone off?

All i've been able to find is paid for services that require a credit card. The only people that i've pissed off recently is just every liberal out there for being a conservative and my neighbor got $1000 in fines after dumping trash onto my lawn 3x in 5 days thinking no one was home while he was doing so. However, i've never seen this vehicle in my area, I'm home typically always since I'm suffering from a Terminal illness.

Did you inform the police of the license plate? If they come back and gain entry, shoot to eliminate the perceived threat of loss of life or limb.

100%, I gave them a description of vehicle, person, and license plate. They attempted to look for the vehicle in the area, but no luck. I was told to call back if I find it or see the person.

The dead give away that the guy had bad intentions to start was he told me he was at my neighbors next door, (we're friends, they're older people with health issues that don't use facebook) and purchased a Marketplace item and they told him that someone name "rob," his friend, used to leave here and wanted to see if he still did. Little did he know, I've actually met the original and previous owners of the house and knew that he was lying. After calling him out, he asked to come in just to hang out, hes bored. Told him to get the fuck away, and then he got aggressive and opened the door to make entry.

If it was an immigrant from south of the border you were supposed to let them in. They like our stuff and want to share it, all of it. Who are you to say no?

Nope, white heavyset guy, in his late 40's early 50s.
