This case, along with Kyle's, needs nothing more than a jury of the defendants peer's. They can present case law till the cow's come home. A jury hearing the facts in either case, will not give an end result the states who brought these charges, the end finish they are praying for.....Innocent until proven guilty, is on the side of the defendants. Kyle's case is a no brainer, this cop will more than likely get Manslaughter.
