Technically, it's a hate crime as they're attempting to incite violence against another group that identifies differently than them.

Report them. Call the FBI. Direct them to those threads. it'd be comforting knowing that they would erupt into tears if the FBI ever knocked on their door asking to speak with them about some tweets they made.
