We should push back on the phobia affix in light of the more appropriate misia. We aren't transphobic. No one has an irrational fear of people with gender dysphoria. Many have transmisia since we find it repulsing. Stop shaming our lived experiences.

The same sex genitalia starring back at them
Or either one depending on if they're with a guy or girl starring back at them
All that matters is the other person is biologically male or female
