I hate masks like anyone else, but it is a private business.

I'll probably get down voted to hell, but...

They shouldn't be forced to do business with you the same way a Christian cake maker shouldn't be forced into making a wedding cake for a gay couple. Businesses should have the right not to do business with someone for any reason.

Just don't eat there and let them know why, boycott them. Let them know how you feel.

Anyone here ask people to take their shoes off before they go into your house?

Except all mom and pop stores have been replaced by big box marts and people will literally starve to death in some areas if they don't wear a mask.

Do not reply with "then change areas" because that is exactly the submissive mentality that has gotten us in this mess to begin with. You don't give up ground.

I really hate that they do have those requirements and those should be protested. I like the maskless mobs swarming the businesses. However, the business does have the right to ask them to leave and not to serve them.

Dress codes are nothing new to businesses, "no shirt, no shoes, no service", tie and jacket in fancy restaurants, protective gear or life jackets when going rafting, hard hats when visiting a factory or a job site.

I know the masks do nothing and they're stupid, I can't stand them, I got tonsillitis twice from wearing them, but at the same time I wouldn't want someone entering my business and violating my property rights. We have to be respectful of everyone's rights, not just the ones that suit us better.

Yeah, and society isn’t rigid. Lines can be crossed. The forced face covering is crossing the line. Fuck these businesses

I don't like this being compared to dress codes, though. Dress codes don't interfere with our most basic biological function of breathing. No one should have the right to restrict or govern how a human being is allowed to breathe.

I totally agree with the sentiment and we should protest the masks as much as possible. I already got tonsillitis from them twice. I just think we should be respectful of property rights as well.

I bet a lot of the small businesses are probably good people, just misinformed. We should try to inform them and give them time to digest the information.

But yes fuck Amazon and all the large retailers they know what they're doing.

No sympathy. Maybe come back when we aren't fighting against a horde of socialists and a plandemic that's far more concerned with fundamentally altering human rights, rather than securing public health.

I'd be far more inclined to give half a turd if the masks were about health. No; they're about control and fear. And I have no time or sympathy for idiots.

Are people burning down their business? No.

"We're enforcing laws on the books" - if ICE isn't able to properly handle this, then that's a whole other can of bullshit we can go 'round and 'round on.

The only excuse I see in Texas' favor? After a fucking year of "two week" lockdown BS, they finally ended a government mask mandate. " "They won" " - whatever the hell that means. --So, it's probably better politically to not necessarily inflict 'righteous retribution' ... plenty of times the outcome ends up less righteous.

But if this is in or on the border of blue texas? Fuck them. Get the fucking socialists the fuck out.

Right, for example they can choose to not do business with you because you're black, as long as you're "trespassing" and they don't explicitly point out the REAL reason they won't serve you.

Agreed with everything you said. I will add: call ICE regardless.
