Yes it is. If the market decides it wants to dine at restaurants that require masks, those restaurants will flourish. If not, they will go bankrupt. Free market = freedom to run your business how you choose

Why is that? You're not forced to work there. You're not forced to consume their products or services. I started buying overpriced shit at my local gas station because I refused to walk into the grocery stores and fight my way to the point of sale OR mask up. I'd rather help the indian dude make more money because he feels safe from the china virus behind his bullet proof glass. It's not the smartest financial decision but that's what principles look like.
