TB is a huge factor in all of this! The areas and populations all over the globe hardest hit also have high rates of TB. Active or latent TB puts you at risk. Mexicans have high rates of antibiotic resistant TB as well (they almost never finish their antibiotic treatment even when we give it to them for free - been an issue since the 80’s).
