I had to fill out this exact questionnaire in order to adopt internationally. I was told repeatedly that white people who don't believe in white privilege shouldn't be allowed to adopt internationally. I had to sign a paper saying I believe I am privileged and that my son will experience racism that I as a white person will never be able to understand, and that I will actively seek out relationships and remodels of his race to include in our lives.

Why on earth would you sign anything stating such things?

Because I was willing to sign the bullshit to get my son. Now that he's mine, they can't do anything about it. It's just symbolic so they think they have control. Once the adoption was finalized they lost al power over me.

If reasonably possible you should make sure they know that.

You should also homeschool.
