People are getting sick of it. I live in a suburb of NYC. I was in a store and waiting to pay when the cashier asked me to put my mask over my nose. When I'm forced to wear it, I wear it under my nose and, until now, nobody ever cares. Anyway, I mocked the cashier for being a nazi since he said he was just following orders. At that point, the dude in front of me on line went ballistic on the clerk. It was glorious. The clerk tried to chill him out, calling him 'brother'. This infuriated the guy even more. He eventually cursed out the clerk ("you're not my fucking brother, my brother wouldn't harass people etc"), threatened to call the police on the clerk, and finally stormed out. I was highly entertained. When it was my turn to pay, I simply said to the clerk "good job there Goebbels, keep following orders, you'll go far in life". Of course, he had nothing to say at that point.

To make the day even better, that evening we went out to eat in a restaurant. Someone got up from their table without a mask on and the waiter asked him to put his mask on. He simply told him "go fuck yourself" and the waiter backed down and slinked off. Later, there was a chant of "fuck Cuomo" in the restaurant. It was very heartwarming.
