He just seems kinda weak to me. Sarcasm isn't endearing for a major personality trait. Just say what you want to say. One of the best things his father does.

Right. Jr. is more "hip" with new humor. It comes off as unprofessional, but he is popular for it. Unfortunately, it may be too polarizing.
