Trans women are, in fact, real women
If they are real women, it means that being attracted to them as a man is straight.
If pansexual (bisexuality + attration to transsexuals) is a valid sexual preference, it means that the progressive framework always distinguishes between a "full" attraction to a sex and a "partial" (excluding trans people) attraction to a sex.
By accepting this, one must necessarily accept that the progressive framework offers an incomplete spectrum of expression to straight people and homosexual people, where, even though there is a distinction between bisexual and pansexual where one is attracted to trans people and one isn't, homosexuals and straights lack the linguistic tools to express this preference.
Ergo, we need a term to describe this preference, and it is a new non-normative sexual preference and talking down to it is therefor a form of oppression.
