I’m fiscally conservative but some of you are just as extreme as the left when it comes to politics. While I agree that implementing 15 bucks overnight would be a disaster; I also don’t agree that $7 should be the minimum wage for any fucking human. I’ve literally seen people here shill for doctors who make 300k on average per year.

You can't control the market & you can't control the "living wage" with a government mandate. The economy always adjusts. When two parents began working, things got more expensive. If the govt says all milk is now 1$ / gallon farmers will start selling cows until there is a milk shortage because they cant afford to feed them.
The market sets the price and sets the pay. We could all be mandated to be paid $100 /hr and then a cup of coffee would be 30 bucks.
You could buy a house and a car back in the day for under 20k total because the average wage was very low.
How much can a dollar buy...that's the only thing that matters.
