CHP here has handbook with arrows pointing to "common illegal modifications" it doesnt cover many euro cars mostly asian and american trucks its all BS too because each county treats the law different drive 20 min away its now illegal ,,,,,,,,,
they oddly made a law here too statewide pre 97 diesel nothing for smog you can basically do anything and for 1965 or 1970 i forget and down nothing as well
I live in a county that I only have to smog 1 time for ownership
