Soros. And they DO fear them. They either tow the line, or have their homes burned down. They are the reason why the SCOTUS won't hear election cases. Fear of ANTIFA/BLM.

You could say the Democrat party. But George Soros is funding a lot of what's going on. Idk know if he's the guy in charge, but he is definitely influencing it.
