I put that into italics because my understanding is that Obama just wanted to change who could put in high speed lanes to favor Big Tech. Trump's FCC did the right thing early on, according to what I know. Do I have this wrong?
It's been so long since that time honestly...I do remember something being done with it under Trump and all that happened was that internet speeds were increased
