Personally I was thinking it's all lobbyist money rushing in to make him a rich bastard. All lobbyism is just legal bribery. Add to that and many organizations will hold speaking events where they will charge a million dollars for a "plate" at their tables.

The public sector isn't run like the private sector. It's full of wasteful spending because they have no benefit from not spending our money. If you want to make money working a job do it in the public sector. If you want to make money hiring people do it in the private sector.
