Yes. It's in the police training manual. The one before they changed the SOP which he followed. The protocol does not give a time on how long a neck restraint can be used but I believe it was 8 seconds on his part. It was legal. He was also saying he could not breathe LONG before the restraint but still resisting arrest. Can't be that short of breathe still resisting and fighting with police.

Well damn if that's the case it's a fucking no brainer, he's innocent. I'm curious to find out who the jurors are, if they let that out. Wouldn't surprise me if they furloughed them. Depending on how the media decides to circle jerk, this could be the biggest trial since OJ, although I doubt there will be cameras aloud.
