I've said since day 1 he is going to be acquitted. I'm 99 percent certain that they intentionally overcharged him knowing it would be lighting the fuse on a bomb when he was eventually acquitted. I used to watch Bongino every day until Bongino decided to step on his own dick with this case talking about how terrible what the officer did was. As a former officer and SS agent himself, he should have known better than to monday morning quarterback the case before all the facts were out.
