Jason had a record of attacking people with a knife, including an ex-girlfriend, current girlfriend, and his boss. He was also supposed to be on antipsychotic meds to treat his irrational rage issues that he had stopped taking in the weeks before the murders. Jason's knife (he had military hand to hand weapon training) fit the wound patterns while OJ's knife did not. Jason was also pissed off at Nicole for not coming to his restaurant the day of the murder and was known to have a "love-hate" relationship with her. There's a lot more, but this is rather telling - OJ hired a criminal defense lawyer for Jason just days after the murder when OJ was the ONLY suspect.
