Biggest wealth transfer no one is talking about is the Child tax credits. If you think it’s bad that criminals and people who din’t know how to manage money get a handout, look at how much the child tax credits are. If I understood correctly it’s not a deduction rather a straight credit from taxes due, and just like EITC it can exceed taxes owed.
