Is it normal for a county clerk to have the authority to dismiss a case?

A bit of hopium methinks.

If a local judge reinstated that means that local judge will likely hear it, not SCOTUS passing on it.

Evidence may finally be presented forcing legal acknowledgement of the wrong taking place.

IF this gets heard locally and judgement is rendered affirming fraud it will make major ripples.

This will be interesting to watch.

Cautiously optimistic.
