THE RESISTANCE
The fencing around the US Capitol violates my freedom of speech, our freedom of assembly, and the ability of the People to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
During the War of 1812, the British invaded and burned what was then Washington City, and no one considered putting up a fence. Because it's unconstitutional.
