It’s just going to show who’s corrupt and who’s not. The dude’s a hero and will become a legend if they arrest him

43
NotAPuma 43 points ago +43 / -0

But the question is, will we loot and riot if they don't let him go.

26
Tayzi 26 points ago +26 / -0

Haven't seen a single one of us loot or riot in my short time on this earth. It almost seems like the rioter and "give me that's" are always foreigners breaking into a country making demands. If you scale that scenario down, some might label it a hostage scenario. The others are just incredibly lazy.

12
kommiekrusher 12 points ago +12 / -0

Exactly

Last_Chance 6 points ago +6 / -0

Looting & rioting only works for one side. Need to come up with something new.

The left can burn down entire city blocks and they are considered peaceful protesters seeking justice

The right tries to voice their opinion at the Capitol and everyone is a domestic terrorist

For those that don't know, this man is a hero - went and found shredded ballots in the dumpster and when he began reassembling them, he discovered they were from the 2020 election, and they are the hand-filled-out ballots, not the machine-generated ones.

Very, very suspicious things happening in Maricopa - they are still fighting the forensic machine audit that was supposed to happen last month, and shortly after moving the paper ballots for the audit, a bunch of them show up shredded in the dumpster, and a Maricopa board member suddenly has a huge fire burning down his barn a few hours later.

I wish his family well on his unfortunate suicide by strangulation and two gunshots to the back of the head.

In other news. Being poor is no excuse for not paying taxes. Think of the starving children in "insert whatever race is oppressed here". We will need to increase taxes to ensure they have better lives in the future.

10
partly_asian-_- 10 points ago +10 / -0

Pakistan needs their gender studies!!!! It's a shame the IRS can figure out how much i owe down to the penny but the government can't count votes correctly.

5
Zhongda 5 points ago +5 / -0

It's a great deal more simple to threaten a slave with no power at all, than it is for poor Pakistani whatevers to whatever.

Government needs to government in the best way it knows. Fuck the people, pay your taxes and then ist-phobe them until they take the guns. Then, when the guns are becoming less and less. It's camp time, boys and girls!

2
IsraelDid911 2 points ago +2 / -0

Manual strangulation is the most common cause of suicide amongst conspiracy circles.

It’s horrific. The person holds their own throat until they die.

TheOutlawPepeWales 41 points ago +41 / -0

But the police can search through your trash because it's "abandoned property".

12
cookiesforsale 12 points ago +12 / -0

You can loophole that on them in court though if they use it as evidence as long it is your yrash and not one in a public place by simply saying, "I do not let anyone take my trash as it belongs to me, and I transfer sole ownership of my trash to the collection companies and no one else for the explicit purpose of destruction or recycling."

34
Womp_womp 34 points ago +34 / -0

He's 75 what the fuck are they going to do to him?

First offence = probation for a non violent, non drug unarmed crime.

Also, wtf I thought property crimes were being overlooked?

All he has to do is prove they don't prosecute homeless people for the exact same crime, and now it's obvious political prosecution.

14
beta-detector 14 points ago +14 / -0

They'll trow a book at him and make example to never to question any election again.

8

I'm sure they will label him a domestric terrorst

They'll probably sentence him to mandatory vaccination.

AG is a corrupted piece of shit, bribed to go after people that are trying to reveal the fraud. What a shit-bag. Call and tell them the people are fucking fed up. Get angry, Tell them DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT ARRESTING THIS PERSON. The AG needs to understand there will be hell to pay if he proceeds.

28
sgt_richard 28 points ago +28 / -0

The AG is in on it. He was in the room when the traitor doug doucey and sos katie hobbs certified the election.

13
Pumpitrealgood 13 points ago +13 / -0

they knew they could get away with the steal since they had all their pieces in place, completely corrupted trash .

27
remindmelater 27 points ago +27 / -0

If they arrest him then they admit those shreds came from their dumpster which they were illegally shredding because they are supposed to keep them for two years.....

15
lake-koshkonong 15 points ago +15 / -0

THIS!

I cannot even express how angry I am at what is going on in Maricopa. I have written so many emails to everyone on the board, left messages, and it is just like an ongoing clown show there.

So citizens are doing their own research, and it's turned into "arrest the guy who caught us illegally shredding ballots that are supposed to be in state custody for 22 months!"

5
kornesque 5 points ago +5 / -0

I think the admission is already in place. The threat of arrest alone is criminal.

15
Mishabird 15 points ago +16 / -1

Voice mail gives a run around. Left a complaint at the Crime Victims voice mail about being a victim of election theft by MC Board of Supervisors and to get off the case of this guy. We will see how this goes....and they wonder why AZ Republicans are going to lose their asses in 2022 and 2024.

10
lake-koshkonong 10 points ago +10 / -0

Unbelievable. Most laws protect trash from being "theft" - there is no longer ownership over something being thrown away!

7
Pumpitrealgood 7 points ago +7 / -0

keep calling until you reach a live person at an office for the AG.

12
MNMathtic 12 points ago +12 / -0

He's trying to untamper the tampered evidence. Lock him up!

11
impera 11 points ago +11 / -0

So crooked hillarys emails demanded by a judge under subpoena? Oops we destroyed all those with bleachbit - no penalty.

The IRS with their records demonstrating overwhelming patterns of attacks on conservative businesses, under subpoena again? Ooops we destroyed those, no penalty for that lowlife Lois Lerner.

And now this shit, destroying evidence that the court ordered be preserved and presented. And attacking the people who seized the evidence of the destroyed records. The rule of law is nothing when the AG is the felon, arrest that shithead and drag them to jail rather than harass lawful citizens.

10
EllemenoP 10 points ago +10 / -0

Once something is thrown away, it's free to anyone. The AG who is persecuting this man is just another fascist leftard trying to make up a reason to harass this nice man, while ignoring the actual law breakers. Standard Lefty scum.

9
Cdope45 9 points ago +9 / -0

I could be wrong, but once its in the trash it becomes public property.

I think the FBI went through the trash of mafia members to help build a case.

9
Sick_of_the_bs 9 points ago +9 / -0

Before ballots are in the trash, they're public records. These cities have broken so many laws and the courts don't care.

But as for trash, it depends on the area. Some places it's legal to "dumpster dive" other areas you can get arrested. The reason it's illegal sometimes is because you could eat spoiled food from a dumpster, then sue the busines. You'd have to look at local laws.

GiveMe1776 9 points ago +10 / -1

Forget calling, you need to use the 2A to let them know what they’re doing is wrong.

6
obamagavemeaphone 6 points ago +6 / -0

☝️ This

6
HuggableBear 6 points ago +6 / -0

The courts have already ruled on this, decades ago. Garbage has no expectation of privacy.

It's why the cops can rifle through your trash to find evidence and they don't have to ask you.

This is a textbook example of malicious prosecution.

4
winwin24 4 points ago +4 / -0

ARRESTING EARL? FOR WHAT? FIND THE TRUTH?

3
dahdahdah_dahditdah 3 points ago +3 / -0

OK, at least I was close - I thought our corrupt federal DOJ would swoop in to attack the whistleblower. Instead it's the corrupt state AG. https://patriots.win/p/12hkdCNgcq/x/c/4DyLxrThQBD

3
ForkHandles 3 points ago +3 / -0

WOW! I-did-not-see-this-coming.

3
QEBL486 3 points ago +3 / -0

Its just a scare tactic, the courts have already determined that once something goes in the trash it is in public domaine. They can arrest him and drag him through court all the way to the Supreme Court because they are allowed to. But if the courts don’t stop it then they will have to let out hundreds and maybe thousands of people that the corrupt system locked up over evidence found in trash by the cops. The system has always been rigged against the innocent since the system has unlimited resources to crush anyone against it.

3
BigHandsome91 3 points ago +3 / -0

Dumpster diving. Now illegal in a county near you.

3
FightTheSWAMP 3 points ago +3 / -0

They don't care about "elected officials" illegally defying a lawful subpoena... but they will arrest a senior citizen for stumbling on fraudulent ballots that were illegally shredded.

3
StadiumHopper 3 points ago +3 / -0

Shouldn't the Maricopa County be arresting the officials that illegally ordered the ballots shredded on a variety of conspiracy to defraud or at minimum of malfeasance in record protection demanded by both federal and state law?

The law breaking seems to be on the part of the MCo election office, not a man collecting evidence of the fraud and exposing the criminal malfeasance that was discarded into the public waste receptical.

We know the world has become a Marxist State when the crime is exposing corruption and not the actual corruption.

2
OXIE 2 points ago +2 / -0

Dumpster Diving is not illegal according to the Supreme Court in a ruling years ago when they actually did legal work.

The only exception is specific local ordinances but that is not something the Attorney General would be involved in.

If he was doing his job he would be investigating who shredded them and why those records were not retained for the specified time.

2
UltraFrogMan 2 points ago +2 / -0

Technically they arent trying to arrest him. Just get him to turn over the shredded ballots so they can hode or burn them. Which might include arresting him. Honk honk

2
Gadsden 2 points ago +3 / -1

Do people just WANT to die, or what? You can only push people so far, and if I lived in Maricopa, I would understand that the people's backs are against the wall, and now there's only one way to go.

I swear these leftists want violence.

3
DonJr24 3 points ago +3 / -0

They do, because their masters in Beijing want the US to start a Civil War so they can show how bad "Democracy" & "Capitalism" is and that the only way forward is to bow down before Emperor Xi. Little known fact, the Mandarin Chinese name for China is Zhongguo. This usually gets translated as Middle Kingdom, but that is inaccurate. It should be translated as Center Kingdom, as in China is the center of the universe.

2
commies4jail2021 2 points ago +2 / -0

man im so tired of hearing about AG's.. the most corrupted position in the country, apparently. with about 5 AG you can completely hijack the country.

2
ChrisTheSoberITGuy 2 points ago +2 / -0

Facebook and twitter have suppressed the original story.

We have the shredded ballots. We have the proof. But post it anywhere on the internet and all they do is label it false and hide it. No way to dispute the "fact checkers".

This is fucking insane.

2
Saltybitch [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

I was just suspended for 30 days (Farcebook) for posting this. They're not only cheaters, liars, crooks, tyrants and thieves they're fucking cowards, too.

How are we just sitting back and letting these corrupt mother fuckers try to walk over us? Get armed patriots over there and shoot any fuckers the trespass on sight.

2

Well shit, Earl, didnt you know you were supposed to call the FBI so they could properly cover this up and dispose of the evidence?

I heard jokes just yesterday that the people attempting to investigate the shredded dumpster ballots would be arrested. How did America become such a corrupt mess? At this rate it'll be the next USSR in a decade.

2
doug2 2 points ago +2 / -0

Dude. This is armed insurrection level behavior and I'm not being remotely hyperbolic.

2
Will 2 points ago +2 / -0

To hell with the AG. We already know these people are working against liberty. Where can I send this patriot some cash?

2
jsphere256 2 points ago +2 / -0

Based elder trash man aside, yes it is usually a crime to put something in or remove something from a dumpster if you are not authorized. Just some good advice.

5
dahdahdah_dahditdah 5 points ago +5 / -0

It is also a crime to tackle a person on the street. However if you tackle someone who just robbed a bank, nobody will judge you for tackling him.

Similarly in this case, the ballots from the 2020 election were supposed to be preserved for two years. It would be a crime to shred them. This citizen has (seemingly) uncovered a crime, and an ordinary person would say that this public interest act of service vastly outweighs any concerns about whose trash is whose.

2
chahn1138 2 points ago +2 / -0

On hold....do not even know Earl's last name....this may come off as a tad unhinged, but I will just let them know that I am concerned on h

They answered. Respectable.

They were willing to put me in touch with their Legal Staff...I had to just tell them that this Patriot was worried about Earl and just want to see Justice done.

That is all. Call them. They have the nards to at least answer.

2
GarudaDarkblack 2 points ago +2 / -0

Does anyone know Earl's last name or are they withholding that so he doesn't get doxxed. I send the pic to a friend in the area and he is asking for the last name.

1
chahn1138 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah, this would be good....the Lady on the phone did not go "Oh Earl"....but I am betting that she knows who I meant.

2

It’s illegal to do in Texas but we don’t let faggots cheat in our election so we good. I get tons of free produce from Aldi’s dumpster to feed my composting works.

Hahahaha, clearly you don't live in Houston then. There is no such thing as a free and fair election in Houston.

and Democrats try to dumpster dive for Trump's stuff. ohhh that give me an idea:

bait Democrats into dumpster with "trump private stuff and forms, yada yada yada" (ofc it's fake, not real). people like anderson cooper, chuck schumer, stacey abrams, barry hussein all jump in & Trump closes lid on them and locks them in. He then calls approaching garbage truck to "take 'em away"!

Someone needs to make a program that scans all these shreds and, through algorithms, pieces things together.

1
cookiesforsale 1 point ago +2 / -1

As far as I know... Thechnically it is illegal to remove trash from a dumpster or garbage can. It is considered the property of whomever's property the trash can is on until it is picked up by the trash company where it is then transferred as their property. However... Ballots need to be retained for X amount of time in original condition and if destroyed is now evidence of ballot tampering and can be secured by any individual citizen or officer until it can be obtained and processed.

8
lake-koshkonong 8 points ago +8 / -0

This isn't true - once it is put out for disposal, you lose rights to what's inside. That's why so many private eyes and investigations go through people's trash - they willingly gave up ownership of what's inside by putting it in a trash can or dumpster:

https://www.findlaw.com/injury/torts-and-personal-injuries/dumpster-diving.html

https://www.legalmatch.com/law-library/article/is-dumpster-diving-illegal.html

Note that when a person discards trash, they have no "reasonable expectation of privacy" in the discarded items, which means that the police can search through the trash without first obtaining a warrant.

However if the dumpster or garbage bin is still in an enclosed area or is on private property, a person could be cited for trespass or even for theft if they try to rummage through the garbage.

2
Wewereright 2 points ago +2 / -0

My son is a PI - he’s and expert at analyzing trash.

The number is busy and what good does it do to call a crook and demand justice. About as useless as asking the Supreme Court to uphold the Constitution.

We are all slaves to crooks and pedophiles.

Print a few pages of the Maricopa County telephone book. Urge us to call our fellow citizens.
