Not that I agree with this AT ALL, but I have seen warnings on dumpsters that say it is a crime to remove anything that doesn't belong to you. I have NEVER heard of anyone being actually charged for it though. This is INSANE, and they are obviously worried about what they may be able to put together from this evidence.

Also, why would they throw shredded ballots in a regular dumpster and not a locked shredded document shredder? Something is up with this for sure.
