If they arrest him then they admit those shreds came from their dumpster which they were illegally shredding because they are supposed to keep them for two years.....

I cannot even express how angry I am at what is going on in Maricopa. I have written so many emails to everyone on the board, left messages, and it is just like an ongoing clown show there.

So citizens are doing their own research, and it's turned into "arrest the guy who caught us illegally shredding ballots that are supposed to be in state custody for 22 months!"
