Not forever. Jim Crow laws only lasted about 90 years or so. These neo-Jim Crow laws will last only as long as we let them.

Yeah, but Jim Crow did not self-sustain in the same way this does, by actively importing and courting more people that will defend them.

I agree in the abstract sense that any human law or society is incredibly unlikely to truly last forever, or even longer than a couple millennia at the limit. But In the sense of overturning this particular thing before it transforms our society beyond recognition or repair, I would point out that this sanctifies illegal aliens voting for more illegal immigration, which is a self-perpetuating and rapid cycle if ever I've seen one.
