GA and PA showed that they can steal even when hundreds of thousands of ballots are needed.... Dominion software to quietly "adjudicate" (i.e. change the vote with no logging or chain of custody review) is very helpful... but good, old fashioned print and punch will work too.
Fortunately, HR1 will ensure this never is necessary again... the work will all be done ahead of time. Once they blackmail Manchin and Sinema, they can get this passed.
