If it were that easy.. I work for a major non-profit and the benefits and pay are great plus it's an easy gig. I don't want to go bag groceries..

What state do you live in? I've been writing to my senators and representatives asking them to create a bill that keeps businesses from requiring vaccination for people to either be employed by them or participate in their business (i.e., ball parks and concert venues, etc.). Mine told me that because they have no examples of it actually happening in Ohio, they are not likely to take it up. If I were you, I'd take whatever literature your company is pushing on this mandated vax policy and send it to someone in your state government. Chances are, though, you will need to find another job if you don't want the jab. So you can't really start looking too soon. But I ask also what state you're in because when the time comes to finally refuse, they may fire you. Will you be eligible for unemployment benefits because they didn't have that policy when you were hired? That's something to look into. Sorry to hear this is happening to you though. I wish you the best.

I'm sorry. Your city isn't known for promoting its citizens' freedom. I wish you the best.

See what the loopholes are first, if any. It may just be a thing you sign saying “yes, I swear I took the vaccine” and that’s all. There might be exceptions for religious grounds.

If there are no loopholes, consider contacting a lawyer. There’s a case going to court I read about recently. Might have been in Arizona, but I can’t remember. There’s no way there isn’t some kind of loophole in HIPAA that could help you out.

First, explain to them the mRNA shots being administered as 'vaccines' are not such. Then explain that Federal Law (yeah yeah I know, who cares?) states no citizen may be forced to take emergency-authorized drugs.

String out that process, be loud and insistent as you look for employment, make them take a long time to run you off.

https://blog.petrieflom.law.harvard.edu/2020/11/30/covid-vaccine-eua-mandate-business/

They can release you for any number of reasons, here in Texas I don't need a reason other than to say 'adios'.

I would also explain my religious objections and ethical objections, asking repeatedly for the employer to prove the safety and efficacy of the fake 'vaccines'.

But look for work, sooner or later you'll be late to work or early to leave and they'll then have 'cause' to see the last of you.

But the dictionary quietly added mRNA to the definition of vaccine...

The dictionary is not a legal document

Mine has not.

In the 8th grade a Teacher who I actually respected greatly got onto me for using the word 'ain't'. She insisted it was not a word, used her dictionary to prove to me it was not in there.

Next day I brought in my collegiate dictionary, newer than hers by a decade or two, and showed her the word was in it. She drug me by my ear to the principal's office, impertinence, punishments ensued.

I understood, and learned that just because a book states something doesn't make it real.

I also understand what you're saying tho, goalposts just get up and walk away these days.

I don't know your financial situation. However, if I were in your shoes I would continue to work and be business as usual. Obviously refuse to let any one stick you with a needle. Keep working there and be polite as you can possibly be and just decline.

Literally just say "no thank you" when the time is right. You don't need to lash out, it will only make you look like the 'bad guy' in their minds.

If/when you do get let go, make sure they have in writing the precise reason as detailed as possible why they let you go. Also keep track of the time-line now while you are there. Document any interactions video/audio or just on paper in a notebook regarding the subject and anything that has suddenly changed after you have said you would decline a vaccine. (ie how you are treated, work load, etc)

Make sure you aren't illegally recording any one - don't want to violate state laws or company rules. Once you telegraph your intentions they will find any little thing to get rid of you.

Good luck, stand up tall and straight, smile and be polite, keep a good head on your shoulders.

Have your lawyer draw up a binding document that the company in question assumes all liability in the event of negative outcomes from the vaccine. Since they’re forcing you to take it, they ought to be part of the equation. Bet they don’t do it.

What about the lot number and serial number and all that?

I just went to google image search and there are a bunch of examples for both Maderna and Pfizer. Just use the same letter/number format.

Religious exemption, just say no, check out the laws in your state as each state varies with the ability of it to terminate individuals

5
bubadmt [S] 5 points ago +5 / -0

Thank you all for the advice, I will try to retain a lawyer and have them draw up a binding document of liability assumption and if/when the time comes I'll present it to the company.

The first case about this has been made - I linked to it yesterday. You might try contacting the resources this attorney mentions near the end of the video. https://patriots.win/p/12hkdCNgtG/interview-with-attorney-filing-f/

Just show them bullet point facts with the sources, do not show them an opinion piece from Natural News...

2
bobsurmom 2 points ago +2 / -0

Make them sign a document that they are responsible for ANY damages you incur from the mandatory vaccine. Hint they wont sign so you are free to decline.

If it's legal in your state, have your doctor squirt the vaccine in the bin. If not post pone for as long as possible, perhaps they'll reverse their stance.

Get an antibody test. You may have already had Covid.

Tell then you already have it. They have no way to verify it.

They need to terminate you for you to get unemployment. Don't forget that. They cannot legally make you do this. Start looking for an attorney. HIPPA regulations and the ADA are law and if they violate either one they can be fined and\or imprisoned. All this aside you should really be looking for a new job until they terminate you.

1
Womb___Raider 1 point ago +1 / -0

Are they going to accompany you to go get it? How will they know?

I would make up some paper that said you got it.

I work for a company that has been infected by Marxists. I’m expecting a mandatory vaccine order soon. I can tell you what I have been planning. This is not legal advice. We are talking about Minecraft, after all.

Do they want you prove you got the shot? What do they require if they do?

If it’s a card you can forge one. If it needs to be notarized make friends with a notary. They’re common, it’s not hard to be certified to do that. Just don’t fill the card out yourself. Have someone else do it. Create a paper trail. Get your story straight.

Alternatively, you can bribe the nurse/doctor administering the shot. Have them shoot it into the sink, and sign the paperwork. I know someone who did that. Only cost em 100 bucks. Make sure it’s a place with no cameras before you try that though. This is also a very risky strategy. I do not recommend it, but I will likely do this when the time comes. I am good friends with my doctor, who is also based.

If they don’t require proof other than your word. Lie. Lie lie lie lie. If you are against the vaccine and have been vocal about it, like I have, get all humble. Admit you were wrong about it, and that you have seen the light. Stroke their ego. It will make it easier to be convincing, and they’ll be less likely to scrutinize you.

If all else fails, find another job. Start looking now. Don’t wait. You know what your credentials are. Update your resume and get to it.

Good luck!
