That being said... a trans would fall under the catagory right?? If a trans tricked you into bed, then it should be a crime. They use deception (ie not telling you they got a penis vagina).

I'm fine with rape by deception being a crime but can we also make adultery a crime as well? Also, if I'm a man and I have sex with a woman who has cheated on me that is rape by deception to since I only wanted to sleep with her thinking she was monogamous to me so if you cheat on someone, all sex you engage in is rape by deception. I'm perfectly fine with this. Let's throw all the women in prison for rape that cheat.
