That is probably my main criticism of Trump and I really hope he fixes this before he runs again. You can try to shift the blame to all kinds of external factors but at the end of the day Trump has to accept a good chunk of the blame for selecting these treasonous sacks of human garbage (Kushner, Barr, etc I won't bother listing them all).
That being said there is nobody else I would rather win in 2024 but for fuck's sake I hope he has become far more skeptical of those around him and willing to fire people as needed without hesitating.
NOTE:
Before someone accuses me of being a concern troll or shill, no I have been a Trump supporter since before 2016 and I've made lots of pro-Trump memes over the years (and will continue to do so), many of which have gone viral and / or been stickied by mods here and previously on The_Donald on reddit. Here is an example and another one and there are many more I'd be happy to share. I've also helped expose deranged leftists who bragged about murdering Trump supporters which got so much exposure that they were even commented on by people as mainstream as Ann Coulter (sadly despite this and alternative media coverage and tons of police and FBI reports nothing ever came of it). I've done a hell of a lot so don't dismiss my post as "concern trolling by some new shill account paid for by Democrats / antifa", this is a legitimate criticism coming from a long term die-hard supporter.
You guys might as well get it through your heads, there is 0 chance at 2024 or any election after that. Either stand up now or spend the rest of your life as a slave to the political elite.
We need harder times before tough men attempt to overthrow the system. That wont happen in our lifetime so long as they keep the prison comfy enough. And by the time that does happen there will Be very few armed patriots able to step up. I dont see any peaceful solution to this 1984 Marxist dystopian society we live in any time soon. Never before have they held so much power, the digital age changes everything. Imagine if our founding fathers were all contract traced and censored from the media at the time, probably would have changed things.
Exactly. Waking people up to the level of depravity and corruption at the highest ranks in our government, exposing the magnitude of the left's orchestrated efforts to win the culture war and then still expecting patriots them to play by the old rules doesn't work. The system has to be destroyed.
It is not "the system" at fault. There are kaws, rules and safeguards in place.
The problem is the lack of respect for the law, dishonesty, arrogance, and corruption of the people who were entrusted to work within the system on behalf of those who elected them.
The consolidation of power in corrupt hands accelerated in the 1990s in the push for Globalism by the Clinton administration, and has its roots in the GHW Bush administration.
Those laws, rules and safeguards are moot with no standing, chief. Why are you still defending the system? There's ZERO accountability and ZERO punitive measures for those who make careers out of violating their oath of office and grifting the American people. Want me to make a list of all the miscarriages of justice over the last 3 decades alone?
People have always been the problem. But a system that can't be enforced is a broken system. Period.
If people have always been the problem (we agree there) then it doesn't matter what "system" is in place Kemosabe.
Corrupt people = a corrupt system. No matter what system is in place. Think of a system, any system, which could function as it should to dispense just outcomes if it is rife with corruption? I know of none.
Love to hear your ideas man. The Swamp was exposed but it's about as far from being drained as it's ever gonna be.
I can't claim they are my ideas alone. They are an amalgamation of ideas I have collected from many other minds.
You are right in that the swamp was exposed. Just five years ago I would have scoffed at the term "swamp", but now, I believe "organized criminal activity" would better describe our political systems, especially at the federal level. However, problem solving begins with identifying and defining the problem. Trump's presidency opened the eyes tens of millions who will never think the old way again. That is a huge first step.
Now, the next action we ta k e must be at the local levels. City councils, school boards, district attorneys county officials. We need to place emphasis there because that's where law enforcement begins. Couple with concurrent pushes at state levels and we will make headway.
The shit that went on election night happened only because local officials were corrupt too.
Add a recruitment campaign to find honest people with ability to run as candidates. As much as I despise the Republican party right now, I recall in business it is much easier to "re-brand" an old brand, to revitalize it, than it is to create a totally new one. We must gain control over the Republican party apparatus and elect a chairman who will enforce standards and instill party discipline.
Nothing is impossible if you/we want it bad enough.
This guy gets it. The task is not the last election, or the next one. The task explains why learning to stand up against tyrannical mandates and letting go of dependence on the modern systems of control is so essential, why dispensing red pills, memeing and praying is more important than winning court cases or arresting corrupt cops.
The task is turning enough public support to provide for our combat troops
What’s the matter with guys in the right who know how to hack even better than any basement snowflake on the left? Find the weaknesses in the voting system and make them air tight, or destroy them.
Why do rightists continue to whine about things and not learn the lessons the left is teaching? Learn their tactics and use them against them...and then find new ones they can’t undo. It really is that simple.
He can't fix it with Jared and Ivanka wanting to be peace makers so they can get invited to the dinner parties.
This!
99% of the people he can hire are dogshit anyway its not really his fault
This is the blame-shifting I was referring to in my post. While what you said is true that 99% of the people he can hire are dogshit that doesn't mean he shouldn't apply some kind of ruthless, brutal filtering process until he finally finds that 1%, even if they technically have less experience (hell Trump had no experience as a politician and even considered that a positive and not a negative, and so did most voters).
The internal sabotage has to fucking stop.
If you recall, his administration tried to hire supporters into many different levels of job, and the Swamp put a fucking end to that fast.
That’s not how it works. That’s not how any of this works.
No, I’m pretty sure that’s exactly how that works.
99.999% of people can’t run a super corporation such as Apple, but Tim Cook was selected because he has the ability to put the right people in the right places at the right time.
Do you know how hard it is to find incompetent competent micro processor architect? It’s a job that 99.99% of people are incapable of doing let alone doing well. Apples CEO is paid millions and millions of dollars to find that one and 100,000 people to put them in charge.
Trump, an outsider, continually appointed insiders to positions of power and I t wasn’t a good move.
Why anyone would want to select “the best judge” with a long record of success under the current system for the supreme Court is Beyond me.
Trump should have picked three outrageously capable outsiders for the position. But instead he picked the top swamp selections.
And if he did that (and despite that they were not confirmed), you’d still think the Supreme Court might save you.. Trump correctly realized that the thing he needed to demonstrate is that even our interagency failure machine could post wins if they actually cared about protecting American’s interests.
He accomplished that, and it has helped improve our position far better than four years of hamstrung searches for non-swampers and Ron Paul-style principles-clinging nothing-doers would have. The enemy press would have truly described it as failed leadership; as it stands, they have to avoid speaking of anything measurable and sling their hollow slurs and metaphors, and even liberals are starting to see past it and think back fondly on the ‘Trump Golden Age’ of prosperity, security, and peace (where even in the political chaos, riots, and bitterness they felt ‘safe enough with dad at the wheel to fight in the back seat’).
The Apple comparison is pretty funny, given that Apple’s only innovation is marketing splash and trapping customers into a ‘walled garden’ by means of hooking them on gimmicks, computing ignorance, and pretentious brand identity. A big reason why Apple’s CEO is paid millions and millions to keep up the illusion of free marketplace competition and give hope to the c-suite ‘littles’ — the latest CEO has stumbled from failure to failure in terms of actual tech innovation; they can’t even put out a decent ‘pro laptop’ that can match up to the ones made a decade ago in terms of actual user productivity.
Weird, I was literally just thinking about this and scrolled down one post/here it is.
Obama set the stage, HRC was supposed to usher in whatever dystopian hellscape they’ve got planned. Trump came and destroyed as much of the stage as he could, and now they’re trying to usher it in as fast as possible before everyone notices how bad their production is.
A lot of people seem to be missing the bigger problem.
He tried in a lot of instances. He had nominees that literally sat in committee, unapproved, for years. The Swamp still held all the cards in determining who could make it through the wickets and into actual positions. They were able to use their system to fence him into a ton of no-win decisions.
The biggest blind spots Trump had, IMO, were thinking that the GO corps in the military was still largely honorable (if I was him, I would have skipped the generals and looked at colonels instead), and that people would do their fucking jobs. Both of these are due to a lack of experience with government.
Private sector, the extremely wealthy are typically very happy to work with each other to help everyone make more money. Not in a Scrooge McDuck silo-of-gold-coins way, but in a way that allows for improved business, satisfied employees, and money left over for charity work. (Seriously, most rich people are not assholes). But the government does not work that way; it’s a zero-sum game and I don’t think he had any experience with how that affects the people who work in it.
A complete outsider coming in filling important positions, interviewing a lot of them.... you have to remember.... you don't know anyone in the government ... so you ask people you trust who is good. They send you names of people who were respected. (I was one fooled by Gen. Mattis too.) One of the best guys you picked got charged with crimes he didn't do and railroaded by a crooked judge for 4 years and taken out of the game. How many really good people were asked and said no, I won't put my family through that. He did get rid of a lot of people who are now totally discredited for life.
You're 100% correct. I'm shocked that you received a down vote.
Just think of where we would be if he threw Jared out of the White House like Jazz from the Fresh Prince.
Most people aren't near as strong as Trump, and the swamp sucks them under. They have to have superhuman strength to withstand the pressures of DC. But some were bad hires to begin with, to your point with Barr and Kushner.
There is no fixing it. Unless yellowstone cleans the slate for us. Clown world will only get clownier because no one is seriously resisting it. Thanks to the old boomers who sat around larping shooting targets instead of politicians for decades while your kids were being brainwashed.
Yea. That got old quick. I think we can count on one hand the appointments that haven’t been dogshit.
And if he doesn't fix it in 2024, hopefully he will do it in our magically fraud-free elections in 2032.
Do not call the greatest president names. You lost me when you did this. I should deport you.
"Its ok to be sheep as long its for the right farmer. And never question any of the narratives coming out from our side or we will cancel you. We're like the left, but different."
