That's why I asked what airport. There are two airports in Houston that have scheduled commercial passenger service -- George W. Bush Intercontinental and William P. Hobby. Hobby serves only about a third as many passengers annually as Bush. There's also the general aviation and military use Ellington Airport, but the photo doesn't look likely to be from there.
