My property in the city is loaded with hoodrats litter every other day which I have to clean up. Syringes from drug addicts going into the backyard.
Break ins. Robberies. Ect.
Where I live, my city home, a rental in the making, was robbed by two heroin addicts.
The cops didn't even bother to go into my home to look for fucking evidence! I found a oil bottle weeks later hidden by one of the robbers.
Contacted the man's family, and they said "yup, he robbed is too. He's a drug addict. We will back you up to get him arrested. He needs it".
Well, cops won't do shit.
Yet, where I live, in a nice, but still far left town bordering the city, if someone broke into my home here, the cops would dust for finger prints, search for evidence, and go issue warrants.
. Fuck American inner cities. They are shit holes.
I HATE NY. Our laws and reps are garbage. I want to live in a deeply conservative state like Oklahoma, close to Texas, but not in Texas.
Texas is getting too many California liberals... Although, if I move to Texas, I can help keep it red for longer.
But Texas also has expensive cost of living. Oklahoma is DIRT CHEAP.
Where I live now, I have about the 3rd highest tax rate to property value in all of americas counties.
A house worth $100,000 in my town costs $5,000+ per year in taxes alone, and the liberals who run shit propose 4% tax raises every year or two!

Isn't it great to basically rent the house you paid for from the government? Property tax is such bs, especially when it is squandered.
Seriously! Property tax shouldn't exist for your primary residence.
For owning multiple properties as a business? Sure, maybe. But even then... Idk.
